Operator and contact

Email Signature at emailsignature.email is operated by XUPEI, an individual operator based in China. Contact help@emailsignature.email about the service, purchases, refunds or your account. These terms describe use of the website and its signature editor. Use the service only if you can legally enter into this agreement or have the authorization required by applicable law.

Creating and using signatures

The editor lets you enter contact information, choose a design, and copy a formatted signature or download HTML for use in your email client. Browser drafts, signatures saved to your account, and published images are separate. Keep a copy of information you need. Editing here does not automatically update Gmail settings, installed signatures or messages already sent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for permission to use names, logos, photographs, links and other content you provide. Do not use the service to impersonate others, infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the service or other accounts. Protect your sign-in account and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Free and paid access

Classic provides one free signature export per account with fixed fonts, colors, layout and formatting. It does not include custom images or design adjustments. Copy and HTML download share that one allowance. Review your details first: preparing the free export locks its content and delivery method. If delivery fails, you can retry that same export using the same method.

Each paid template is a separate one-time purchase of USD 5.99 before applicable taxes. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Review the selected template and final total at checkout. Purchasing one design does not unlock other designs. Confirmed access belongs to the purchasing account and permits repeated editing, supported styling, logo publishing and exports within that template, subject to service availability and these terms. It is not a promise of permanent hosting or unrestricted storage.

Purchasing is available only when live checkout is enabled. Test checkout is clearly identified; test payments do not grant paid access. A return page or payment screenshot alone does not establish payment confirmation. Access is delivered to the account after the service receives and verifies the payment notification. If you are charged but access is missing, contact us with your account email and order reference. Do not send a full card number or security code.

Payments and refunds

Waffo provides hosted checkout and processes payment details. The application records order references, amounts, payment status and verified payment notifications. It does not collect full card numbers. Payment processing and the time a refund appears can depend on Waffo, its payment providers and your financial institution.

You may request a full refund for a paid template within 7 days after purchase by emailing help@emailsignature.email with the account email and order reference. We also accept requests concerning duplicate charges or paid access that was not delivered; the 7-day period does not limit remedies required by law. We may verify that the order belongs to you. Refunds are handled through Waffo to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing. We do not promise a fixed completion time.

A successful refund withdraws access granted by that purchase. Already published images are not automatically altered or deleted by a refund, and previously sent emails are not changed. Contact us separately about personal information or image removal. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply to you.

Public images and email compatibility

Publishing an image makes it accessible to anyone who has its URL. Do not publish confidential material. New images use new links; editing a signature does not overwrite existing published files. Public files can remain accessible after an edit or refund. Hosting is not guaranteed forever. Removal cannot recall messages or copies already held by recipients, email services or other third parties.

Email clients can change fonts, spacing, image loading and layout. Preview your signature in the clients you use and send yourself a test before using it in correspondence. The website preview does not guarantee identical inbox rendering. The service does not send email or automatically install a signature into your email account.

Service operation, rights and changes

We may maintain the service or restrict accounts involved in unlawful use, security risks or violations of these terms. Access may be interrupted. These statements do not remove obligations or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. You retain rights in your content; you permit us to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you request, including public image delivery.

This application uses licensed ShipAny boilerplate. ShipAny retains its rights in that foundation; its license and required attribution are preserved. Use of this website does not grant a right to redistribute the boilerplate source.

The current price and terms will be shown on this website. Changes apply prospectively and do not change an amount already charged or remove mandatory rights. Contact us about a purchase affected by a material service change. See the Privacy Policy for information handling.
