Choose a layout for your details
Decide what a recipient needs to see. Classic suits a short text sign-off; Business Split separates your identity from your contact details; Personal Brand can show a portrait alongside a company mark. Switching layouts keeps your contact details. Compare all ten designs in the gallery before choosing.
Edit and review as you go
Change your name, role, company and contact details while checking the live result. Paid designs also let you preview colors, logos and handwriting. Compare wide and narrow previews, and use full or short-reply versions where supported. The options available depend on the selected layout.
Keep drafts, saving and exports clear
Your browser keeps a local draft while you work. Account saving after sign-in is separate, and neither action installs anything in your email app. Classic allows one free export per account. Paid designs require access to the specific template; a purchased template allows repeat editing and exports.
Finish in your email settings
Copy the formatted result or download its HTML, then complete setup in your email app. Handwritten images and logos need reachable online addresses in sent mail. Clients may replace fonts or hide images, so review a draft and send yourself a test to check the result.
